Agradable estancia
Agradable estancia. Personal atento y empatico. Habitaciones un poco desangeladas. Comida de poca calidad.

Great Hotel
Had a great stay here. All anyone could want . Only one problem ...the bed kept breaking as the slats underneath the mattress kept falling out.

Enjoyable stay, but pool area not ideal
We thought the hotel was very nice. Plenty for the kids to do. Plenty of food choice. Thought the beds were slightly uncomfortable and the swimming pool was very shaded which meant it was very cold. But enjoyed the time we spent there overall

Good value for money

Good stay
Good hotel, but a little too far from the beach & main town for us, although there are shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Food was good although snacks at the pool bar could be more varied. Lovely indoor tropical flamingo bar area. Lots of evening entertainment but quality not the best. All in all an enjoyable stay at a good price though.

Entertaining
Although all the staff are great, I’ve gotta say the Entertainment guys, especially Thomas, Jeanette and Leandro plus Francesco from behind the jump were the nuts and became mates which put a much better twist to the holiday because I find most people I meet on holiday very boring.

zeer goed!!!
Het is een heel goed hotel, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig . Alles is proper en netjes gepoetst en onderhouden. In het restaurant is alles tip top in orde , en er is een uitgebreid buffet. Het is een aanrader .

Club rooms
We stayed in a club room which really enhanced our stay. We were surprised we were not given info re dos and donts of the club facility because it operates differntly to the rest of the hotel. In the past we have not been able to book a club room directly with the hotel. One concern for us was that children were allowed to run on stage unchecked while cabaret on.

Flamingo oasis
The hotel was excellent on everything only one complaint was at times some people were making a lot of noise in the club lounge sercuity had to be called to deal with this and it did stop.
