I HAVE STAYED AT THE RIO PARK ON MANY HOLIDAYS ALWAYS STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND THE FOOD AND SERVICE 100 ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO SPEND MY HOLIDAYS THERE.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Good location
Good location, had top floor which was brilliant as it was so quiet up there, lifts werent a problem for us, you have to expect it being busy at some point of the day as it was a full hotel i believe, my daughter had an accident in the pool on the slide but the stand in lifeguard called Lucas wasnt much help as he was sat on his mobile fone all day or either talking to the woman on the truck bar, however Carlos was brilliant at his job, if you dont return to your beds within an hour your towels are off! Which is good so you can get a sunbed, there is plenty anyway, we had bed & breakfast stay and was decent choice, some of the staff in the pool snack bar could learn to be happy, other than all that it was a good holiday and met some good people

Voy con frecuencia a este hotel siempre que puedo y me agrada mucho sus instalaciones y el personal en especial estoy contento. Por otro lado considero que el importe de la instancia es algo caro a pesar de los descuentos.

Buen servicio
Esta todo bien nos ha gustado el hotel bastante todo perfecto mejoraria un poco las actividades de los niños pero del resto esta todo bien volveremos.

Amazing Rio Park
This was my second trip this year!! Everything is just amazing the staff, rooms, food, pool area and the entertainment. Have already booked to come back in September and I can not wait. Thank you Rio Park as I have now found my favourite place to come as a solo visitor as well as with friends.

Fabulous Rio Park
Stayed here for 2 weeks and can’t wait to go back in September. The feel around this hotel is amazing. Room was so comfortable and clean, cleaned daily. Lovely staff throughout from main reception to dining room to cleaners. We love this hotel so much we have 2 more bookings to look forward to. Can’t wait to get back. Amazing holiday again sad to leave.Dining room is fabulous, great food and staff.

Another fab stay
we had an amazing time this year being our 7th time at this hotel Everything is really great but this year we were very disappointed that the outside stage wasn’t open. the Reps tried there best and kids loved them but for some reason the indoor entertainment room has been cut in half and all the chairs crammed in there wasn’t enough room for all guests saying that we will stay again ????

Para repetir
Estuve con mi familia 2 adultos, una niña de 3 años y un bebé dos días y estuvimos muy bien. La habitación familiar genial, espaciosa para los 4. Las camas cómodas. La pega que pondría sería la nevera, que al llegar estaba apagada y costó que se enfriara la bebida. Por lo demás todo muy bien. La piscina infantil súper chula, mi hija se lo pasó super bien con el tobogán y los chorros que había. Buena ubicación, a unas cuantas calles de la playa pero cerca, y a un paso del centro y de las tiendas. La comida bien, poca variedad pero estaba todo muy bueno. Sin duda para repetir, lo pongo en la lista de preferidas!!
