Perfect family Holiday
This is by far the best hotel Ive stayed in. I stayed in some luxury hotels before but this one is way better overall. The staff has been amazing!! Im so happy my family and I stayed there. It was indeed a great experience. So good that we joined the MedPlaya amigo because we decided to go again. The staff has been very friendly, they moved us room one day because we requested one of the suites with garden. They were very fast, and that was with the pressure of us having to move quickly because we were going to a wedding that day. They left a bottle of cava and a cake for my wifes birthday and another one just because ❤️ Manuela is one of the staff in the kitchen. Shes a lovely person, and she was talking to my kids every morning, very happy and looking very well after us. Ouafae was amazing! Lovely girl. She looked after us every single day and was always happy and smiling. Shes the one that told us about many things in the hotel, including about the registration for the MedPlaya amigo card. Thank you so much, Ouafae! I couldnt get the names of the whole staff but there was a man that checked us in at 2 or 3 am when we arrived. He got us a bottle of wine to enjoy while the kids were sleeping. Also the people from the aqua Zumba, yoga and pilates. They were so much fun and wow they got the moves ???? Ill see you guys next year xx

Para repetir sin duda
Ya es la tercera vez que nos alojamos y sin duda repetiremos. Llevamos yendo desde hace 10 años a La Carihuela y este hotel es el mejor de toda la playa. Instalaciones, confort, calidad de la comida…pero sin duda hay que resaltar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, desde limpiadoras hasta recepcionistas sin olvidar a ningún empleado de los diferentes departamentos, aunque no los nombre a todos. Una mención especial a las divertidas chicas de animación Isa y Raquel que hacen lo imposible para animar el ambiente y hacer pasar un rato divertido y a Alberto Alarcón cocinero food truck. Gracias a todos ellos sin duda volveremos.

A great vacation
our room - beach junior suite - was big and beautiful. The lounge was great to relax in and drink a cold beverage. The hotel is just on the main promenade and there is a great beach just in front of it. the staff is friendly and helpful. the restaurant is a little bit crowded. I recomend this hotel for a great holiday.

Отдыхали в отеле с 8 по 13 мая 2023 года. Остались очень довольны и сервисом и питанием. Чистота, уют, приветливые и доброжелательные работники. Кондиционер в номере очень хороший. В честь дня рождения отель преподнёс в номер нам шампанское и мини торт pavlova. Это было так неожиданно и очень приятно

Fantastic hotel amazing holiday
Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms, all staff were friendly and helpful, the hotels in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants, we enjoyed food from the food truck the man in there was very friendly, the pool and sunbathing area is nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Thank you Pez for an amazing holiday ???? we didn’t want to leave ???? we will 100 be returning

Enjoyable 5 Day Break
I’ll start with Reception and checking in. Lovely reception area. Very polite and welcoming service from staff member who checked us in. Room. We had booked a Junior Suite which looked out to Sea Front. The room was immaculately clean and had a mini fridge with soft drinks, a coffee maker and kettle with tea bags and coffee sachetsmilksugar available. Dining Room. First hotel stay in a long time where it didn’t feel like a canteen. Tables always clean and free of others dishes and always a choice where to sit. Food was very good and during the evening dinner there was always a fresh cooked meatfish available with other hot dishes and vegetables. There were plenty of salad options and cheeses with breads and crackers. Deserts we’re plentiful. Breakfast was the best choice that we had seen on offer at The Hotel Pez Espada. There was smoked salmon, cream cheese and advocado with a choice of Continental meats, fresh breads, cereals, yoghurts etc. It had its omelette and egg counter for cooking as well. Gardens and pool area. Well kept areas with plenty of sunbeds. The pool has a long angle shape but is adequate for the hotel guests. There is a garden area space at the front entrances of the hotel which has a smaller pool area with childrens play equipment. If you book Suites you get access to a separate lounge area which is stocked with soft drinks and water, coffee machine and a selection of pastries, fruit, nut snacks at different times of the day. The main promenade runs along the back of the hotel which over looks the sea front. Again, the beach and surrounding area is kept immaculately clean. Hotel well positioned for promenade walks and not to far from the Marina which is worth spending some time there. Great enjoyable few days.

Food
Stayed in a beachfront junior suite , fantastic as usual. Breakfast excellent choice, very disappointed with standard of evening meal on this occasion, too much inconsistency, 1 evening lots of choice , the next evening not much to choose from. Disappointed with the show cooking area, in past always been superb. Had an issue with the room air conditioning, reported it to reception and it was promptly sorted.. Not keen on the new chairs on the room balcony, very difficult to get in and out off.

Good location
Reception staff excellent. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful but under alot of pressure due to large number of guests arriving at the one time for breakfast. Pool area and sun beds need up graded. Chefs in the food truck very helpful and friendly. Will return. Good location.. Will return.
