great hotel but food not hot
Great hotel only one thing could be improved , good choice of food but most was lukewarm . staff are great hotel clean just need food to be hot

Dear Sharon, Many thanks for sharing your impressions with regards to your holiday at the Hotel Regente. We are pleased that you had an overall good holiday and that you were particularly happy with the cleaning service and the attention received from our staff. The food and service in the restaurant is usually rated highly by our guests and our hotel meets with very high health and hygiene protocols, this includes the temperature of the food on the buffet. If any of our guests would like their food to be even hotter than normal serving temperature, we have a microwave available in the restaurant. Todo bien, excepto animación nocturna en el Bar.
Es increíble que la animación nocturna en el Bar, sea exclusivamente en inglés, nada en español, se siente uno extraño en nuestro país. Actuación algo cutre en las dos noches que estuvimos alli el jueves y sábado.

Wonderful stay
From the start to finish our room was cleaned every day & extremely well,the staff were amazingly helpful and food plenty of variety and and wonderful desserts.Definitely will rebook x

Xmas and new year holiday
We stayed at the regente from boxing day to the 6th Jan the hotel was spotless clean our room was lovely and pool facing as I asked our cleaner was amazing a d kept our room spotless we were all inclusive and the drink selection was, very good and the night time bar staff were Brill the food was also very good and the gala night food was fab entertainment was also good on that night didnt see much more of entertainment as we went out every night overall we had a fantastic stay and would recomend it to friends

friendly staff
A good hotel but not up to 4 star standard things like general maintenance and room cleaning lets them down, the staff are friendly and competent , the reception works well and make you feel welcome on arrival,to the restaurant food wise the quality and choice is good and again the staff are efficient and friendly.Good entertainers everywhere in Spain are in short supply after covid as lots have left and it will take time to replace them, saying that nacho does his best to keep everyone in a good mood

Excellent hotel
The only thing I could say was the room didn’t heat up very well so it was cold when in room , but other than this everything was excellent will definitely be returning
