Ascensor
Nuestra estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El personal muy servicial y simpáticos. Por poner algo negativo y siempre con la intención de proporcionar crítica constructiva, creo que los ascensores no funcionan de forma eficaz lo que hace que se tenga que esperar mucho tiempo. Hoy en día existen sistemas en el sector de la elevación que hace mucho más eficientes los ascensores. Pero sin duda que volveremos en otra ocasión.

Never disappoints
You feel at home the moment you walk into this hotel. My third time staying, and always treated with respect ,and kindness. Cant fault this hotel in anyway. Staff amazing throughout. Spotless. Cleaners do amazing job. Restaurant and bar staff so efficient and friendly .Front of house reception staff always courteous and helpful. Great choice of food to suit all tastes. Fantastic entertainment to suit all ages. Miss you all already. Thankyou for giving me fantastic time yet again. ????

Great hotel
My wife and i have been co.ing to this hotelfor over 20 years we come twice a year and class all staff as friends becausd they are so friendly and helpful.Reception check in is perfect and Vincente always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and look gorward to returning in October .Medplaya are the best hotel chain.

Another great stay at Hotel Regente
Been to the Regente 3 times now and I honestly cant fault it. From checking in to leaving all the staff are amazing. Juan Miguel on reception is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Always remembers your name and gives us best places to visit and how to get there. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless. Looking forward to our next visit in October. Great reception staff, who sorted a discount for us, as we hold an amigo card. Room clean, & light on 9th floor as requested. Breakfast excellent. Staff were very friendly, would stay here again. Thank you Suzanne & Ron from Robertsbridge UK
