FABULOSO HOTEL PARA DIVERTIRSE LAS FAMILIAS
Visitamos el hotel 15 al 22 junio. Nos parece un hotel muy interesante para familias con niños , cada año pasamos una estancia larga y varios fines de semana en distintos hoteles por que tiene un equipo de animaciòn fascinante, el cual hace actividades por la mañana y por la tarde para niños y adultos, una minidisco por la noche y con una actuaciòn musical compuesta y realizada por el equipo de animaciòn al estilo de los musicales de Broadway ò de Londres . El personal del hotel tanto camareros , recepciòn y camareras de piso son muy amables . Rosario , 2ª jefa comedor que esta siempre en la entrada del comedor ha sido muy amable durante nuestra estancia . Las instalaciones y servicios son aceptables.

Para repetir...
Es un hotel recomendable en todos los aspectos y para todo tipo de vacaciones yo personas debido a la gran variedad de servicios y alternativas que ofrece he quedado sorprendida y encantada. La comida muy buena, variada y con innumerables opciones para todos los gustos y paladares. Las actividades de animación yo espectáculos ofrecidos por el hotel variada y en muchos momentos del día. Hotel con zonas y espacios en los que si quieres puedes disfrutar de tranquilidad y relax, a pesar de que estaba casi lleno no se apreciaba la aglomeración ni el ruido de otros hoteles en las zonas comunes gracias a su excelente organización, la cantidad de su personal y sus grandes espacios comedor, piscina, hall, zona juegos.... Y para finalizar, a pesar de que todos han sido muy atentos, quiero agradecer el trato amable, atento y cariñoso recibido de Rosario Vega. Volveré sin duda a este hotel, gracias por ayudar a que estas vacaciones hayan sido una de las mejores que recuerdo.

best hotel
we love the calypso will be going back for fifth visit 28 september 2014 we were here may 20014 and twice 2013 first visit was october 2014 we would not go anywhere else since we were recommended we love it very relaxed and friendly staff the entertainment is 1st cless food is the best rooms very clean and comfy we have reqested a pool view and high floor and have always had pool view not always 4th or 5th floor but nothing to complain about there we recommend this hotel to all our friends visted on our recommentation and they had great time they have also done return visit and are going again if your looking for good hotel this is the one

Great Vacation
Loved my stay at this hotel in June. The staff are the stars here and really make you feel at home. The entertainment is great and varied. Really has something for everyone. And to accommodate for noise retreats in doors to the late bar at night so if your looking for a good nights sleep you can get that too. But the best thing about this stay was the food. Nice variety and as much as you please. The location is good. Bus stop and travel info right outside the door. Beach is about 15 minute stroll and Port Aventura is about 20 but of course you can just jump on the bus. I will return to this hotel no doubt.

Estupendo hotel, recomendable
La comida muy buena, muy atento y agradable el personal, fantasticas terrazas y piscinas, el precio bastante asequible con el todo incluido, nos encanto, lo recomendare a amigos y familiares, este puente de mayo a sido genial, gracias a todo el personal.

my first time. cant wait to go bck again
I went with my dad and 2 yr old boy sept 2012 and found it to be an oustanding hotel. Staff were always happy to assist. Dinning area clean and tidy staff willing to help in any way they can. Looking forward to goin g bck as soon as i can. Loved it

I am 17 and flew out with my family from doncaster 20th july and came back 27th july
I am 17 and flew out with my family from doncaster 20th july and came back 27th july. The hotel was really clean and sufficient. One ight a thunderstorm knocked down a tree into a pool and by lunchtime the next day staff had cleaned it out of the pool and fully cleaned pool water for the kids. The highlight of it all was the amazing entertainment team they have there. In the day there were 5 main activities for adults and kids club for children. The entertainment team were friendly and well co-ordinated with at least 2 people on each activity. They all dance around the pool every day and people come out and join them it is such a lovely atmosphere. The rest of the staff are helpful and being english I have ordered everything in english and staff help each other to translate what I am saying if I wasnt clear enough. The pools were refreshing and a nice break from all the heat but if you dont like swimming you can join activities, go in games room, get a drink anything really. I strongly reccomend going with thompson/first choice and going all inclusive as the amount there to help yourself to is wonderful. Food is delicous. Going all inclusive meant we had a voucher to go in the alfressco restraunt and I had a salmon steak which was the freshest salmon I have ever had (and I eat plenty of salmon). Children have their own buffet as well. Every night there is a mini disco at nine where entertainers make the children so happy with dancing and games. At ten there is a great show every night (hollywood lights was our favourite). The shows are mostly family friendly however being as they are watershed shows expect a couple of euthanisms and short outfits. Salou itself is a great place with a cute land train to get you about for 3 euros each. The hotel has a shop where you can buy all sorts including inflatables for 3 euros! Amazing holiday and wonderful hotel. It should be a four star so do not be put off by the 3 star!

Hemos quedado sorprendidos y encantados con este hotel
Hemos quedado sorprendidos y encantados con este hotel. Comida muy buena, animacion fantastica, todo en general muy bien. Gracias a Rosario Vega del comedor, por ser tan amable y cariñosa con nuestros hijos, a Diego, Maria y Mafalda por su animacion e incansable sonrisa, y a todos por atendernos tan bien. Volveremos sin duda a este hotel. Gracias por darnos nuestras mejores vacaciones.

Great 3* hotel
My husband & I have just returned from 11nights all inclusive & had a fab time. It isn't luxury but a good 3*.. housekeeping staff work hard to keep it clean. Our room was cleaned daily, even if we wanted a long lie it was cleaned & fresh towels provided later in the day (don't worry about missing breakfast if you fancy a lie in, theres plenty food available at the alfresco snack bar:- bacon rolls, toasties, toast with jam/marmalade, burgers, hot dogs, fresh fruit, yoghurts etc hot/cold drink machines). Theres also ample choices in the main restaurant, with themed nights where the restaurant staff dress in costumes to suit the theme (Chinese, Indian etc). We found the staff throughout the hotel to be friendly & helpful. We mostly enjoyed the evening shows put on by the best entertainment team we have came across on our many holidays (Mama Mia, Dirty Dancing, Hollywood Lights, Grease etc). The entertainers work hard throughout the day with games around the pool & keeping the kids entertained. We didn't go in the pool by choice but other guests used it regularly (a shocked look on their faces on entry but their bodies seemed to adjust to the temp after a min or 2). All in all we enjoyed our holiday here & plan on returning. Go with a positive outlook, remember its 3* not 5* & you'll hopefully enjoy it as much as we did“theres little trains that take you around Salou/Portaventura/Water Park/Cap Salou/La Pineda which stop across from the hotel.
